Just outside Phoenix, AZ there is a small town with and equally small college. Hotter than hell around here, but everyone is feeling hot under the collar these days as the town is anything but easy going anymore.

There have been a series of fires plaguing the area. At first blush, they seemed to be bonfires gone wrong or brush fires--- but as it turns out, its arson. The local gang is being blamed, but the leader swears its not his crew. If its not them, who is it? And why are they setting fire to the desert?
