She said, seeing her teal hair out of the corner of her eyes. If anyone saw this, she would be coming out of the metamorphagus closet a lot faster than she wanted. "Teddy.... teddy will know what to do."Ariadne had become a master at keeping her metamorphagus abilities hidden from most people. She had been ashamed of them ever since her parents had been trying to hide them from people. She didn't really mind at first; they said that it was wrong and so she tried to stop, but when she couldn't and it just happened whenever, her parents got more upset and then Ari started to become ashamed of who she was. Ever since she had started coming to Hogwarts, she had been hiding it from people, but even it had popped out in front of some people. She begged them to keep it quiet, that was until she met Teddy. Teddy with his teal hair, who seemed unashamed of his abilities, the same as her abilities. Teddy, who seemed so non-chalent and cool about it. She wanted to be more like that, but she wasn't sure if she was ready for everyone to know.
So she was in the Hufflepuff common room, after almost everyone had gone to bed. She was wearing some hufflepuff golden pajama pants and a plain black tank top with a bit of lace on the sleeves. Her hair, which was chestnut brown was braided loosely and hanging by one of her shoulders. She was crunching to get her charms essay done before tomorrow morning. She was struggling in Charms. It was the one class that had always been a bit of a bugger for her. That was when her worst nightmare happened. She got the hiccups. Now, before you laugh, hiccups were her worst nightmare besides hormones because hiccups meant random metamorphagus changes every single time she hiccuped. Eye color, hair color, skin color, height, weight, anything. She hiccuped and her skin turned deep as chocolate brown. She looked down at her hand, shocked for a moment, and then hiccuped again, her skin turning back to a white skin color, though more alabaster than normal. Hiccup, green eyes. Hiccup, teal hair. hiccup, hiccup, hiccup. "No, no, no..."
She rushed out of the basement and up stairs. She had to get up to the towers. She knew abouts where the Gryffindor tower was, she just had to get there. She just hoped that a prefect wouldn't find her out of bed. She went of flight after flight of stairs until she reached the seventh floor. She saw a Gryffindor sneaking back into the common area after hours and the grouchy painting gave him heck about it. The boy announced, loudly enough for Ari to hear flobberworms and after he had gone in, Ari walked up to the painting. "It's after, oh... The painting stopped, seeing her appearance. "You've had a bad night... Password?" Ari gave her a look of relief. "Flobberworms" The painting opened without another word, and Ari snuck in easy breezy. She looked around the maroon room and saw the two sets of stairs. It looked just like the Hufflepuff area, just eight floors up.
She walked up the set of stairs and found the boys' dormitory. All of the boys were asleep, which was good, because she had teal hair, brown eyes, and although it was her facial features, and skin color, her skin had purple polka dots the size of quarters all over her body and she looked in complete distress. And she was still hiccuping. She looked around at each of the boys, trying to identify which one was Teddy and she finally found him, the one on the end. She knelt down next to his bed and shook his arm. "Teddy, wake up... you have to help me." She shook him a bit harder. "Teddy, please wake up..." she pleaded.
