Growing up in her family gave her a sense of humor and she's good with people in general as she is rarely hostile. That doesn't mean she's sunshine and daffodils all the time. Actually, when she's tired or something has irritated her she can act like a wild animal. Her little brother is always eager to point out that in his opinion she looks like one too.
Victoire doesn't like to stay still and is very easily bored. She can be a fun person to be around and fiercely loyal to those she cares about. If anyone were to mess with her family she would come at them with everything she had. She can be pretty scary when she wants to be.
She'll have a lot of friends. Not the type to really understand boundaries, she'll talk to people she doesn't know to fill the silence. She'd have enemies in slytherin no doubt, especially those who have hurt her or her family in the past. Other than that, you'd have to do something pretty bad for her to really hate you, but when she does cross that line into hate she can get really unpleasant. She has her bitchy days like everyone else so if you catch her on one of those days she's definitely not going to make a good impression. As for the romance side of things... It all really depends whether Allie still wants Victoire and Teddy to happen xP. Either way, she will need some guys in her life until then. Vic isn't really good with relationships so it probably wouldn't end well, but what's the fun in things being easy?

Jaxx A'Luna, depends Jaxx isn't much older than her but is now a bar tender. I'd say friends?
Hannah Mustang, probably won't know each other because of the fact she is a healer at st. mungo's and is a bit older

Bella and Victoire: Yay for enemies! Though, Toire wouldn't just be bad to her because she was a slytherin cause she finds it stupid. I have a feeling that Bella could easily make Toire angry though xP
Malachi and Victoire: Yayyyyyyyyyyy! xD Agreed.
Jedi and Victoire: Cool. Toire has friends in the year above so that's fine xP
Ashes and Victoire: My girl would walk striaght up to Ashes and start talking to her. Maybe Toire could help her to let loose a bit?

Rosalie:::Victoire - Best friends? Although Rosalie's a year younger, I could see them being pretty good friends. She's crushing on one of your cousins, *cough, hugo, cough*, she's Fred's best friend, she's a good friend of Dani's, and she's....Rose's enemy. They can't stand each other. Rosalie is terrified of Rose, Rose thinks Rosalie's a fake. So...I could see them being great friends? Fifth year, Gryffindor
Gabrielle:::Victoire - Acquaintances? Gabrielle, Brielle for short, isn't the type of girl to go up to a random girl and start talking. I could see Victoire maybe...breaking her out of her shell a bit, talk to her every once in a while. Fourth year, Hufflepuff.
Albus:::Victoire - COUSINS <3 Albus isn't exactly your typical Slytherin. Pfft, sounds strange, right? Well, Albus is quite shy, and is pretty much the exact opposite of his older brother and younger sister. He can be protective over family, he's a hopeless romantic, and he loves being able to spend time with family. He regrets the fact that he didn't take his father's advice and try talking to the sorting hat, but faces the fact that he is, and always will be, a Slytherin. Fifth year, Slytherin.

Rosalie and Victoire: Yay! Toire would want to take care of the younger girl. Plus, when she realized that Rosalie was holding a torch for one of her cousins, the romantic in her would want to help out =)
Gabrielle and Victoire: D'awww Toire would find the shy younger girl sweet and try to take her under her wing a little. She's kind of got her grandmother's protective way about her. So, yeah, Toire would try to befriend the girl and help her be more confident.
Albus and Victoire: YAY for cousins! <3 I could see them being close and teasing each other mercilessly. Maybe Albus can be the one person who kind of twigs (when Toire herself doesn't realize it) that Toire likes Teddy? I can see them being able to talk to each other easily too.

Amelia Rose Selwyn- Wouldn't know one another unless they met through mutual acquaintances as she is very close with Lysander Scamander as he is sort of a brotherly figure.
Danica Fleur Weasley- COUSINS! Dani is very social and at times bubbly. I think being in the same house and same year I am guessing they would be incredibly close. Vic could sort of be her special cousin along with Roxie who is the year younger than the pair of them. She loves her family dearly but she and Vic, given similarities in personality they would get along quite well. Cousins/Best Friends.

Amelia and Toire: Yeah, they may see each other but not really know each other. Unless, of course you want to have a Mia/Ben/ Toire thing like Croaky suggested, though I'm not quite sure what that entails xP
Dani and Toire: Oh my god, Oh my god. YES! I could see them doing a ton of silly stuff together. Would be very very fun!

I could definitely see things getting a little crazy as Tori Abercrombie and Mia have an etch-a-sketch history at best. I completely second Croaky's idea. Mia being a prefect would not be the most forward about it because she does not want to jeopardize her chances at being head girl the next year but if professors just happened to look the other way, things could get out of hand quite quickly. Mia is generally a very patient girl but when it comes to the likes of Tori Abercrombie that goes out the window.
