Just a boring day of school was finally over. It had been just a typical day at Hogwarts and nothing new had ever changed. This skinny blond head girl walked up the stairs so she could get her study on. This girl’s name was Ashes, a six year hufflepuff who was really a shy one. She had a few friends she kept really close to her but otherwise she tried to ignore the majority of the school. That was her nature to be a little on edge around things. She came from a small village and well it was her parents wish that she would grow up and move out of that village and make something out of herself. Ash found herself books and back pack on the ground floor heading towards the outside. She didn’t really want to be inside any longer and thus saying it wasn’t quiet time for her to go to dinner she figured she would do homework outside. The blond girl found herself walking down towards the lake where she would think she could find some peace and quiet. Though her fellow Hufflepuffs were a bit loud at time she loved them anyways.
Ashes reached the lake and sat all of her stuff down on the ground. She was in her school uniform excluding her robe; she ditched that back on her bed. She didn’t mind being outside it was a lovely afternoon for it being fall. Ashes pulled out a few of her books and went straight to reading her books. She loved to read and it was a hobby except she didn’t really like reading her school books because they became dual and boring. The blond haired girl sat down on a rock as she pulled back her hair into pig tails that hung loosely around her neck. She didn’t really care if someone came along, though that did pose getting distracted. In that case Ashes was always down for being distracted in some way. Of course her parents would always tell her she was a Viking decent and she had to have more focus… focus right, something Ash lacked of.
She sat there in the cold of the winter with the forest surrounding her. She loved to be outside in this weather but she knew this scroll wasn’t going to write itself or the book would read itself. Though she really wanted to just play out in the snow or if she had her snowboard she would be doing some killer moves on it. Like every year though, Ashes left it behind because of the fact she didn’t want it to be taken away. She missed the fast pace life she was use to but this was a nice to have some relaxation time. Though she was behind in her homework and could use the time that she had to get caught up but it was different. She heard crunching of the snow behind her as she sat on the rock. She figured another student wanted to enjoy their holiday break like her.
