SPECIAL ABILITIES
All magical abilities are limited to two per person, NOT one per character. This is partly so that everyone has a fair chance, but mainly so that the abilities continue to be rare. We will try to keep the number of available abilities in proportion to the number of members on the board.
Each ability is marked with a number - {#/#} The first number in the brackets represents the amount of people already with the trait. The second number shows the total available people who may possess the trait.
