 It's been 46 years since the fall of the Dark Lord. Harry Potter is starting to get wrinkles but his scar hasn't troubled him once since the end of the war. He married and had children, who in turn married and had children of their own. It is those children that are walking the halls of Hogwarts today, developing their skills and causing as much mischief as time permits. It's when everything is going so well that you begin to suspect something bad is just around the corner. The students had only been back at Hogwarts for a week before it all began.
A group of Dementors appeared from nowhere on the high street of Hogsmeade. The soul-suckers had been dismissed from Azkaban many years ago and so it came as a great shock to everyone when they arrived in the village. Fortunately, the professors were able to drive them off with patronus charms. The students were immediately rounded up and taken back to the castle. The only thing that the staff were certain of was that somebody had sent the Dementors to Hogsmeade.
Nobody knew who was behind the attacks until recently. After sightings at Hogwarts School fo Witchcraft and Wizardry and St Mungo's Hospital for Magical Maladies and Injuries and an attempted attack on the Minister for Magic, Diagon Alley became a target. Aurors were stationed there to deal with any Dementors that arrived. Little had they been expecting a group of masked witches and wizards to accompany them.
The group revealed themselves as the Nex Domino. Though the mastermind behind the attacks is now known, the wizarding world still knows very little about them. Who are they and what to do they want? How are they supposed to confront a faceless enemy?
