Relationship with Mia: Well obviously sisters. In my mind I was thinking the two would be very close eventually. I kind of saw it playing out that first the sister sides with the parents then kind of sees Mia's ideas as more correct. After they get to that point I could see them as confidantes and friends. Overall a very open ended character. And I am always up for new ideas. See following add as to why Mia needs a confidante.
Play-by: I was thinking Leighton Meester would be good. However if you have other ideas just let me know. I want the two to look similar like you could tell they are sisters but not twins.

Plottage?: Well Mia's parents have made arrangements to marry a pureblood suitor. They have not told her a name or anything but she does not care she wants to fall in love not learn to love. When Mia threatens to flee, well her mother negotiates and decides if she finds love, she can weasel out of her contract. Although a generous offer it would not stop her mother and father from meddling excessively so that Mia's love relationships fail miserably. They are hoping to break her so greatly she concedes defeat and accepts the arrangement. Hence the forbidden romance part. However this love will be one that defies 500 years of tradition. It will probably lead to Mia's parents wanting to kill her but to them there are more important things in life than happiness... what that is though Mia has no clue. They have Mia's sister cover for them until their relationship eventually comes out in the open and well we all know how much drama a traditional pureblood family having a child who falls in love with a blood traitor goes....
Whats in it for you?: a new character to expand plotting and I would love you forever and maybe some brownies? Okay maybe not the brownies because I am a terrible cook but I would be very grateful.
